Now is the time to invade the Blue Mountains which is close
to Sydney.
First was a visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park to see more kangaroos,
koala bears and wombats.
If I see another kangaroo I will be hopping mad. (The jokes
just get worse!)
Then we visited Jamieson Valley, viewing the ‘Three Sisters’.
The view was magnificent over the valley and then a ride down in the cable car into the forest and the old mines. Then a light easy walk back to the train station – light and easy was how it was described to me but I was still knackered, but it was worth it to just for the short rail ride back – I think the angle of incline was about 58 degrees – another change of underpants, that’s the third pair so far on this holiday.
